We Can Help You with Grant Searching

Foundation Center is the leading source of information about philanthropy worldwide, and at Sierra NonProfit Services we offer guidance on how to navigate through the website so you can get the most out of your experience.

Foundation Center was established in 1956 and today is supported by close to 550 foundations. Through data, analysis, and training, it connects people who want to change the world with the resources they need to do so. Foundation Center maintains the most comprehensive database in U.S through their Grant Space.

Thousands of people with philanthropic goals visit Foundation Center’s web site each day. In addition to the website, Foundation Center maintains five regional library/learning centers, as well as a network of 450 funding information centers located in public libraries, community foundations, and educational institutions nationwide.

As one of Foundation Center’s 450 Cooperating Collections, we offer free local access to core resources and training. To get the most out of Foundation Center, just give us a call to schedule an appointment or drop by during office hours.

Grant Stationanother organization we have partnered with, also offers a unique opportunity for nonprofits to explore potential funding sources for their organization’s projects. Grant Station is a large database that provides access to funding opportunities. Private grant makers are always looking to fund philanthropic projects, and with Grant Station you can directly submit proposals to get funding for your organization.
